BANGKOK - With dramatically, Indonesia ensured qualification for AFC U-20 Futsal Championship 2017 quarter-finals after draw match with Japanese team with 3-3 score.
Placed in Hua Mark Bangkok, Thailand on Friday (19/5) afternoon, Indonesia ahead first in 9th minute. Samuel Eko became the opener of Indonesia goal in this game.
Japan responded goal by turning on the attack. They even successfully turned the situation into a 1-2 through Uchida Shunta scored in the 10th minute and the 14th minute.
In second half, Japan added advantage through Shimizu Kazuya action that changed the scoreboard to 1-3, but Indonesia managed to minimize lagging to 2-3 through Samuel Eko in the 36th minute.
The drama was then born in final seconds. Indonesia dramatically equalized score to 3-3 through Eko action. The result also marks the end of the game.
With this result, Indonesia ensured a place in AFC U-20 quarter-finals with an unbeaten record in Group B elimination phase. Meanwhile Japan will play a dead fight against Vietnam on Saturday (20/5).
