JAKARTA - Ombudsman Republic of Indonesia (ORI) suspected the motive of terror in form of throwing stones at ORI representative office in Yogyakarta on Sunday (9/7) at around 04:08 pm related to the investigation of New Student Acceptance (PPDB).
"We suspect there, but for further investigation we submit to the police," said Vice Chairman of ORI, Lely Pelitasari Soebekty in Jakarta, Thursday (13/7).
While there is no significant material loss, however this incident remains a serious concern for ORI.
"If sequence of PPDB cases, is indeed a lot of disadvantaged related to zonation system. It could be not from parents who feel disappointed, but it could be from they children who felt disappointed," added one of ORI member, Ahmad Suadi.
Previously, Head of ORI representative of Yogyakarta, Budhi Masthuri said, based on CCTV recordings, it is known that the stone thrower to ORI Yogyakarta representative office is three teenagers who ride one motorcycle.
